Game Rules. Paigow is a comparing card game played between the player and the dealer. The goal of the game is to divide a seven-card hand into a left hand with five cards and a right hand with two cards. The pattern of the left hand must be greater than that of the right hand. If each hand of the player is higher than that of the dealer respectively, the player wins.
