Speech Bubble is an app that uses Google's Voice Recognition to put your words in a comic book style speech bubble. To change the bubble, tap the background. To change the language, just say the name of the language or country you want to select. To unlock bad words, go to "google voice typing" settings and uncheck "block offensive words".
