ExDialer ConnectVibrate Plugin

Useful plugin for exDialer newer than v90. It's not a standalone app. Install "exDialer" to access functions. NOTE: If your phone is running Jelly Bean or above, ROOT permission will be required at first time you enable vibrating on call connected. This plugin performs vibrate notification when outgoing call connected or call disconnected.
