Maharashtra College of Arts Science and Commerce is managed by Khairul Islam Higher Education Society, Mumbai. This Society was founded under the able president-ship of Dr. Rafiq Zakaria, a Veteran Parliamentarian, Writer, Educationist and Islamic Scholar.
