Take Alive-PD with you on your phone! The Alive-PD iPhone app allows participants of the Alive-PD diabetes prevention program to set their weekly goals, report on the success of previously selected goals, and to set weekly reminders to work on activity goals. The app works in conjunction with an Alive-PD user's web program.
