The Deck of Cards Workout is very simple. Enter the names of the workouts you want to do, and each workout is assigned to a suit. A standard 52 card Deck is then shuffled and a random card is pulled. You do the number of reps on the card to the workout of the corresponding suit. Examples. Four of Hearts: 4 Pushups. Six of Clubs: 6 Burpees. King of Spades: 13 Body Squats.
