uHabit is a great way to start making new habits and breaking old ones! UHabit is based on a habit forming system called Gamification. You reward yourself for doing the habits that you are trying to form. By setting up rewards that you are only allowed to claim if you complete your habits, you make those habits that you would not normally enjoy, ones that you are eager to do!
