Lord Hanuman is a God and an ardent devotee of the Lord Rama. Hanuman is one of the central figures in the Hindu epic Ramayana. Lord Hanuman is one of the Chiranjivi, he is also mentioned in Mahabharata & various Puranas as Vanara Lord Hanuman participated in Rama's war against the demon king Ravana. It is believed that Hanuman is the eleventh avatar of Lord Shiva.
