These presets are for Kustom Live Wallpaper maker from Kustom Industries. The pro version of KLWP is REQUIRED. I recommend using Nova launcher with 4 pages for this theme. Other launchers compatible with KLWP will work, but you'll need to alter the touch events on the navigation tabs. The vault-tec icon is the app drawer.
