Auto Bluetooth Tether automatically enables Bluetooth Tethering as soon as you turn Bluetooth on. It resolves the problem, that most devices forget the Bluetooth Tethering setting when Bluetooth gets disabled, or when the device gets rebooted. Nothing to setup or configure.
