SCUT gPen（gPen）is a handwriting input method released by SCUT-HCII Laboratory of South China University of Technology. gPen supports both GB2312-80 and Big5 Chinese character sets, English letters, numbers and punctuations, and more than 100 kinds of handwriting symbols. gPen also implements the functions of phrase association, English keyboard, and PinYin IME.
