Wizkers: Radio is a controller for various Amateur Radio equipments. At the moment, it supports several Elecraft and Yaesu radios and amplifiers, as well as the Sark110 antenna analyzer. You will need to use an USB On-the-go cable to connect to your radio, or use a wifi/serial converter like the Pignology Piglet. You can also use Bluetooth serial adapters.
