The Galaxy Tab 3, Note 10. 1, Galaxy S 8. 4 all have an infra red transmitter located at their top. With this app the infra red transmitter can be used as an universal remote control. This app uses some commands from LIRC-files as configuration commands, a LIRC file is a textfile with all the commands used to setup a remote control.
